INSTRUCTIONS -
DIY number bouquet & garland is to AIR,fill using a hand held or electric balloon pump (not supplied) & use the ribbon provided to secure balloons together into your structure.
Blow all balloons up first before assembling. Use the larger latex balloons first & smaller balloons to fill in the gaps.
Use the balloon arch tape to form your garland. Assemble then hang into place using ribbon.
