Why is air out of seams? Is it normal?
Bounce houses are made of sewing by hand, like our clothes. The air leakage from the seams between lines and material is normal. Therefore, keep the blower working always and do not stop during inflating.
Why are there some holes on the surface of the material?
Needle holes are a kind of guide or map to sew, which will not reduce or impact the quality. Do not worry about it. It is ignorable. And we promise that it is not the fault of quality.
Why does the blower stop during use?
There is a temperature controller; when it meets the set, the blower will stop working and will continue when it is cold or down. It is not a fault.
Why is the carrying bag so small in the package after use?
The bag is big enough for the original package. After using it, please roll it according to the instructions included.
What is the material of bounce houses?
Strong, thick nylon oxford material or PVC tarpaulin vinyl.
