PRODUCTION PRTCESS：

Step 1: Lay flat the letter panel in an area where you can work comfortably.
Step 2: Use hot glue gun to attach the side pieces around the edge of the letter panel board
Step 3: After it is attached, secure it again from the inside with hot glue gun to prevent it from separating apart.
Step 4: Repeat Step 3 for the rest of the pieces of the panel surrounding the letter until all of them securely attached
Step 5: It should look like this after attaching the side panels to the Mosaic Balloon Frame
Step 6: Use glue dots to attach balloons to the letter balloon frame. Alternatively,you may fill in flower pompoms or LED light bulb as a marquee Backdrop
